Our friendly and courteous front office staff are happy to welcome you to our family.
We value your time and make every effort to be on time for your appointment. When scheduling appointments we will make every effort to complete your treatment in as few visits as possible. For us to be efficient with the time we have scheduled for you, we ask that you also be prompt and always give 24-48 hour notice if you are unable to keep an appointment. Insurance/Financial Arrangements
Our office gladly accepts assignment of insurance benefits as a courtesy to our patients. Dr. Pruiett recommends decisions which he feels are in the best interest of his patients based upon the treatment they need, not based upon the insurance company's policy or coverage.
Insurance and payment options are estimates only. As a courtesy to our patients we will be glad to send a pre-authorization for your treatment to help you better estimate your actual insurance coverage and out of pocket investment. This is not a guarantee that the insurance company will pay for these services at the amount of the pre-determination. Please feel free to ask our staff any questions you have about your insurance company's coverage. Our patients are important to us and we want you to be an informed dental partner.

- Automatic monthly billing to your credit card - in person or over the phone
Accounts outstanding, including delinquent insurance payments, more than 90 days from the treatment date will incur interest costs at 1% per month or 12% per annum.
We realize that temporary financial problems may affect timely payment of your account. If such a problem does arise, we encourage you to contact us promptly to work out a payment schedule.
